We have spent so much time at many different events over the years. We get all types of invitations. Some are for parties and some are for announcements. We enjoy going to the different events for different reasons. For the wedding events we enjoy being a part of the beginning of a couples lives together as a united couple. For the birthday parties there are so many reasons from time spent with family and friends to the celebration of the person that is having the birthday. When we are invited to a baby shower we begin thinking about how much our little ones have grown and thinking about the future. After all that is what new babies are all about. When we get party invitations we get really excited because this is an opportunity to see everyone get together with a simple objective and that is to have fun. We enjoy laughing and talking as well as most of the parties have some activity to it which usually ends up with everyone in laughing tears. Life is filled with so many events and each of them are marked with some sort of an invitation. That is why we have a scrapbook of invitations. The invitations all mark the events we have enjoyed throughout our lives from one type of gathering to another so it is fun to flip through it and remember the craziness that we have when we all get together. Some of the invitations are very fancy and others are more basic but they each have their own story.

Volunteer to help and wedding decorations

When we volunteered to help with wedding decorations we had no idea what we were in for. There were so many ideas on the table of just how this wedding should look however none of them actually went together. To try and save this event we decided that we would go with a theme. We had been to many weddings that went with themes to provide a personal incite into the couple. All of the weddings were so beautiful it was a natural fit for our friends. We decided on a theme and began to shop. There is no more driving around piecing together decorations they are all easily accessible online. We refer to it as wedding planning made easy.

We had to go to a sales conference and show what all our company offered. It was the most important meeting our company had done being a new company. Everyone was so confident in the beginning but we all began second guessing what our competition was going to do. That is never a good thing. We had our display boards and our 3 ring binders all in order. We even had 3 ring binders to pass out filled with information and embossed on the front. We were prepared physically it was our mental preparedness we had to get control of. We then decided to do a run through to see how it all looked together. We were so impressed it no longer mattered what the competition was doing because we had what we could offer represented so well. The meeting went perfectly and the buyers were so impressed with our representation and most of all our 3 ring binders that they could take with them they signed with us on the spot. To this day when we visit the offices of our very first clients we still see those binders in their offices reminding us how important those binders were in getting our first clients.

We upgraded our internet service by logging onto clear-internet.com. Now, I have a quick internet connection and I am able to stay on top of my at home business rather than having to wait for pictures to load. I used to feel like it would take hours for me to upload all of the pictures to Ebay that I wanted to use when selling an item. Now, I feel like it is just one click and the pictures are uploaded in a flash. I sell stuff on Ebay for a living. Sometimes I list up to fifty items a day—a lot more than your usual Ebayer! When you are having to wait for things to upload it will take you almost all day. Now, I can list fifty things in just several hours. Having free time is nice! I just wish that I had thought about upgraded my internet service earlier, then I would have had a lot more time on my hands to me trolling thrift stores and antique stores for things to sell on-line. I think that this faster connection is really helping my profit and satisfaction with life margin!

If the condition has spread to the bones of a patient there will be pain of the vertebrae with spinal cord compression and paralysis. Advanced cases of prostate cancer can be detected in blood samples. Measuring the PSA or Prostatic Specific Antigen which is a serine protease produced by glands in the male doctors gives doctors information they need to detect prostate cancer risks. There is prostate screening which is the blood test and also the digital rectal exam of the prostate. Each step is important for early diagnosis. The digital exam provides doctors with the approximate size of the prostate and it’s texture as well as how sensitive it is to touch. A hard nodule may mean cancer. There are also biopsies. Another process of cancer diagnosis is to score the aggressiveness of the cancer. The patterns of the histological patterns of the of the prostate cancer is viewed through a microscope and graded. You may hear about a HIFU when you are dealing with the possibility of cancer. This is a high intensity focused ultrasound. This is a treatment that uses ultrasound wave energy focused on the prostate through a transrectal probe. Through coagulation the prostate tissue is destroyed. The coagulation is caused by ultrasound wave energy. The rapid heat elevation which reaches about 90 degrees at the focal point makes it all happen. A study shows that men who has a PSA of less then 10 or 10 there was a disease free rate of 94% three years after their HIFU. If needed the process can be done again. During the first year after treatment patients are checked every three months. This is a promising thing for patients who are given the frightening news of prostate cancer and many people are hearing that news every day. Early diagnosis is the key to a successful outcome.

My husband works a lot. I understand he has to work in order to provide for his family, but I wish it wasn’t so much. He gets home late at night and then just watches Expert Satellite until bed. I feel like we don’t have a lot of quality time together. Also there are a lot of chores I need him to complete, but I feel bad asking him to do them. I have considered hiring someone to do them, but I think he might get his feelings hurt. It is actually a rather difficult situation. I know he would rather be at home than at work, but he has to work. Therefore, if I complain about him working too much, it doesn’t help the situation. In fact, it would probably just make it worse. However, he does work too much and it makes things very hard on me. I love my kids, but sometimes I need extra help. The more hours he is at work the longer I am outnumbered by the kids. I wish I could talk to him about it, but I worry it might put a bigger strain on our relationship.
