From some of my discussions with business owners I am finding there is more need to out source their IT services than any time in the past. I am not talking about send services overseas I am just talking about hiring a an outside firm to manage the technology. When you outsource things like software engineering solutions and infrastructure management services, you can require more exceptional and consistent quality. You could even require IT assessments of the companies IT infrastructure what is required to meet business goals.
Another interesting outsourcing is the out sourcing of computer hardware and just accessing the systems remotely. I can see more of everything in the future.
