For most of us we know that loosing a few pounds would give us a healthier life. We know that we would have more energy and be able to do more things if we shed some weight. We also know a few of the things that we do that are causing us to keep our weight on but we just keep on doing it. Bad habits are hard to break. We have also tried varies diets that all end the same way, That is why we need weight loss for idiots. It is something that we can apply that is common sense based and will help those of us that could afford to loose those pounds to get back on the track to being the weight that we are our personal best at. I do not believe that weight is all about a number but more of a feeling towards oneself. You know when you look good and feel good. You know when you have the stamina that you should have that you are at the weight you are meant to be at.
